A True Gentleman's Hunting Dog
Breeders of British Labradors, producing world class hunting dogs that have classic good looks, are instinctive and stylish in the field, and exhibit calm temperaments for a civil companion in your home.
Great Dogs for Great People. That’s our goal at BritishLabradors.com.
And we’ve accomplished it for 28 years.
With unsurpassed genetic testing for abnormalities of our breeding stock, the best guarantee in the business, a keen eye for matching blood lines and a laser-like focus on customer service, we commit considerable time, resources and experience each day, each month, each year on the further development of the best British Labradors in the world.
Dogs with unsurpassed health, athleticism and vigor in the field, yet possess calm temperaments for easy training and control.
Founded and owned by Janice and Dennis Anderson and headquartered in the St. Croix River Valley not far from Minneapolis-St. Paul, Britishlabradors.com breeds only those Labradors we have imported from the U.K., or offspring from those dogs.
Our studs are not stood for outside breeding, and we do not sell our stock to other breeders. In fact, all of our dogs are sold with Limited AKC Registrations — so intent are we on maintaining the integrity of breeding lines that in some cases date back a half-century and more.
In these many respects — genetic testing, health guarantee, a quarter-century of experience — we stand apart from the helter-skelter, here-today-gone-tomorrow breed-anything “British Labrador’’ cottage industry that has grown up around us the past quarter century.
Ask anyone who owns a “best friend’’ from Britishlabradors.com —a Labrador that can retrieve ducks, grouse, pheasants or other game sunrise to sunset, or perform at the highest levels in AKC or UKC hunt tests . . . before returning home to hang out quietly around the house.
Not just as a loyal and trusted companion. But as a loved member of the family.
